I have worked in the medical field for over 25 years, starting is an entry level athletic training. I was promoted as a result of hard work, supporting corporate goals, and making fiscally sound decisions.  I have been a head athletic trainer in high school, college and professional athletics, and was inducted in to the Illinois Athletic Trainers Association Hall of Fame in 2004.  Working at the administration level in orthopedic clinics, and now as the director in an occupational health program, brings new challenges daily. 

Hiring and developing a high quality team of professionals has lead to the success of our program at Gateway Regional Medical Center.  Reviewing, updating old and initiating new policy and procedures, has increased efficiency and improved the quality of service to our customers.  Together, our team has made steady growth in business and improved our corporate profitability even in today’s market.
