Improve CX with Data, Customer Relationship Building
As a ambassador for the culture of health care, I am working to change the trajectory of health care in the long term.  The art of listening has been lost with technology advancements and I am looking to bring back that very important skill to the future of health care.  As an Optum employee with 25 years experience in the company I have watched how health care has evolved.  Through my education, I have investigated the solutions and I am now embarking on the work to make these changes. 

In 2015,  I earned my Bachelors of Nursing Sciences degree from Capella University  and in 2019 earned Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Capella University.  I am looking forward to serving on the board to further the education of others through this learning experience.
