Dan currently leads Customer Experience Operations for Ameren Missouri, an energy company that provides electricity and gas services to 1.3 million customers in Missouri. Prior to joining Ameren, he had a variety of communications, strategic marketing and customer experience roles at Bayer (formerly Monsanto). Dan brings an analytic approach that helps the organization focus on investments in areas that provide the greatest impact on customer loyalty and retention.
