Over the past 20 years Curt has led global organizations in change management and organization design within sales, marketing and purchasing to optimize existing strategies, pioneer new innovation and cultivate team environments that maximize employee loyalty, customer relationships and shareholder return.  He has spent the last 12 years in the Software and IT industry as part of the IOT evolution bringing game changing innovation to smart devices, smart buildings, device automation, energy management, data security, cyber security, workflow processes and machine learning to help commercial environments operate more efficiently and safe.

Curt is a veteran of the US Navy, lives in Lexington KY with his wife April and children Emily and Nathan, completed his MBA from Campbellsville University and BA from Lindsey Wilson College.

During his off time he is loves golf, hunting and hiking but as an empty-nester he often finds himself enjoying extended working hours.
