Cody Dunlap is a driven professional currently working with the premier wireless company Verizon. Verizon is a global leader delivering innovative communications and technology solutions that improve the way their customers live, work and play. She has 14 years of experience with Verizon, where she has earned the prestigious Credo Award and completed Six Sigma certification.
Currently in the role of Manager-Process Engineering, she is responsible for working with Consumer work-streams to transform the way we show up for our customers, putting their experience first. Previously, Cody worked in multiple channels at Verizon building up her industry knowledge and project management skills where she learned to challenge the status quo in customer experience. She graduated from Missouri Western State University, where she was also a member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. Cody is based in Kansas City, Missouri. |
