As an engaging and creative leader, CJ has led teams from Research and Development to Supply Chain and Customer Experience. CJ has driven multiple change initiatives and process improvements, developing new capabilities at the team and organizational level and more importantly developed individuals to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

With an academic background in Molecular Biology (M.S.) and business (MBA) he leads using a continuous learning approach involving analytical rigor, scientific inquiry, learning from others' experiences, and maintaining environments where teams and stakeholders can maximize their creative thought and expression.
