Chuck Duncan is currently a Municipal Marketing Manager in the Environmental Services industry where he has served for the last 8 years. This experience has brought a wide array of client profiles. Rather the project at hand is to attain complex multi-million dollar contracts or smaller revenue producing opportunities the pursuit has always been the same. Finding a delicate balance between price, customer expectation, and cost of operation to provide a "value added" product has been the key to success.

As a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. in Communication Studies Chuck spends most of his free time on the a lake fishing in his boat so the golfers are safe from his swing that sends the ball flying to the wrong path!
