Casey joined Thomas McGee in 2020 as Director of Employee Benefits. Casey has 15 years of experience in the benefits industry in both the brokerage and TPA environment. In her current role, she manages the service and operations of the employee benefits division. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, service team management and managing high level relationship with clients and business partners.  

Casey earned her Masters of Business Administration degree from Baker University. She also has industry certifications in Healthcare Reform, Underwriting & Analytics and Leadership Training.
