My career in the financial services industry spans over 34 years, including various positions with Ford Motor Credit and leading to my current position as Vice President - Customer Services at FCS Financial, the leading agricultural lender in Missouri.

In my role at FCS, I lead a 70+ member customer service department serving our customers in 21 offices across the state. In addition, I lead our process improvement initiative with a focus on increased efficiencies and an improved customer experience in all that we do.

I have 2 grown children, three adorable grandkids, and my wife Sherri and I live on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
