Bill is a 2000 Missouri State graduate focused on consumer direct marketing and ecommerce.  His professional background includes spreading mulch at a festival, attending beer school, and shopping discount sales ... all on the behalf of working to improve customer and consumer experiences.  

Bill cut his teeth working in strategy and creative planning for advertising agency clients both big (Fortune 50) and small (yearly revenues less than $100k).   Since 2011 he has managed direct to consumer ecommerce experiences and businesses for a variety of brands within New Balance Athletics, Inc.
