Bill Koster is the Vice President of Specialty Products for Protective APD located in St Louis, MO. Koster has been involved with RV, Marine and Power Sports industries for over 35 years, and ancillary product programs.

He has a BS degree in Business Administration from Truman State University, an MBA from the University of Dallas, a PhD in management from North Central University and  a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Koster also holds two certificates in Human Resource Diversity & Development, from the University of Oklahoma and Cornell University. He also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
 
Koster is a member of the Society for CPCUs, The Society of Human Resource Management, and Society for Business Ethics. He is an adjunct business professor, serves on several RV industry boards, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
