Beth Rusert joined Concordia Plan Services in August 2017 as vice president, chief marketing and growth officer. She leads marketing, sales, segment strategy (customer experience) and member education.

Beth has deep experience consulting and leading teams in the areas of marketing, communications, sales integration, government affairs and philanthropy for public-and privately held companies, as well as nonprofit organizations. She previously worked with organizations in diverse industries including chemical manufacturing, marketing services, education, hospitals and technology. Prior to her current position, she was a partner at a consulting firm where she worked with CEOs and other senior executives to develop strategic communications and marketing approaches and sales enablement.

Beth has master’s degree in marketing from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Valparaiso University.
