Introduction to Customer Experience, CX a Strategy for Success
Beth Ann Gailey’s mom always jokes with her that she’s never met a stranger.  But to her, it only helps build the relationships necessary in order to properly market Gateway Regional Medical Center.   She attended Kent State University, where she earned her Television Production degree.  After college, she started a 13 year television marketing career.  Working in TV, Gailey moved all over the country, living in 4 different states before she was 30.  KMOV/Channel 4 brought her to the St. Louis Area, where she worked for 6 years.  

In 2016, Gateway Regional Medical Center named Gailey the Director of Public Relations and Marketing, where she handles all the advertising for the hospital.  To further her education and learn more about the healthcare industry, she went on to receive her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University. Gailey grew up in Cleveland and loves working in Granite City because it reminds her so much of home.  “Cleveland, like Granite City, is a blue collar/industry town in need of some love; we just need to give it some love.”    

Gailey currently resides in St. Louis City with her boyfriend, Matt, their dog, Ruby and two cats, Tango and Cash.
