Introduction to Customer Experience, CX a Strategy for Success, Your Customers, Their Journey
Anney is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PALM Health, a personalized medicine and wellness club that launched in Ladue, MO in 2016. Since opening, Anney has been instrumental in growing PALM to over 2,100 members and 140 employees, through the keys of building community, creating top client experience, and fostering a service-minded staff. The second PALM Health opened in Morristown, NJ in 2019, and continued expansion is planned for 2020.

PALM’s personalized approach meets individuals’ needs wherever they may be on the spectrum of health; from the maintenance of existing good health, to getting to the root cause of minor issues such as allergies or weight gain, to diagnosis and integrated treatment of chronic conditions. Marketing and sales strategy under Anney is aligned to a discovery process that engages clients in determining their own priorities and ignites their motivation to grow in well-being.

Anney and her team are passionate about helping people broaden their understanding and experience of what it is to live well. Success for clients, individual PALM centers, and the company as a whole has come through a client-based focus that is centered around active listening, exceeding expectations, and helping clients transcend the blockages in the way of their optimal health.

 Anney earned a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a certified Well-Being Coach through the Anthropedia Foundation.
