With more than 20 years of business management experience, Angie Counce has been developing winning cultures that yield high returns. She has worked for Target Corporation managing corporate initiatives in customer service, such as the RedCard® rewards program and Best Guest strategies. Before Target, she worked for Best Buy Corporation and American Express Financial Advisors.

Her most recent experience is serving as the Vice President at the Tennessee Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRA) call center, managing nearly 500 employees, and collecting 70 million dollars annually. Under her leadership, the Tennessee site quickly became the top performing site of the entire international company. Angie attributes her success at PRA to the strong culture that she quickly implemented with her team. In addition to her leadership at PRA, she also is an Executive and Business Coach, and a Certified Facilitator of Strong Communities.

Angie is intentional with her time and has a strong passion for serving others. She currently serves as the incoming Board Chair for the Carl Perkins Center for Prevention of Child Abuse. Previously she has chaired the American Heart Association Heart Walk and dedicated time to numerous organizations such as St. Jude, WRAP, the Dream Center, United Way, and RIFA. She is also a 2012 graduate of Leadership Jackson.
