Andy Hays is the Director of Marketing at Isle of Capri Casino Hotel Boonville, with diverse experience delivering exceptional results in the fast-paced gaming industry.

In his current role as Director of Marketing for the Isle of Capri Casino Hotel in Boonville, MO, Andy is the property lead for all things marketing. His responsibilities include developing and implementing exceptional strategies for all aspects of marketing operations, including guest experience, advertising, direct mail, promotions & special events, player development, and player's club operations.

Andy previously held the role of Manager of Marketing Operations for 6 months, Food and Beverage Manager for 2 years, Guest Experience Manager for 3+ years, and nearly 2 additional years within the marketing operations department at the Isle of Capri Casino Hotel Boonville, including Digital Marketing Supervisor and Guest Services Representative.

Throughout his time as Guest Experience Manager, Andy co-designed corporate wide guest experience strategies, training, and performance based bonus programs.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
