Amy is a leader that sees an obstacle and acts swiftly to rally her colleagues to get the job done. Notable accomplishments from Sage Software include building out a Candidate experience program that did not previously exist.
Amy is a Results-driven Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leader with 15+ years of industry experience. Amy's keen eye for talent has enabled her to be a top Recruiter for NCR, Sage Software, Citigroup and HSBC before she transitioned into leadership roles with E*TRADE Financial and Newell Brands. Currently, Amy is a Regional TA Manager for one of the largest hardware retailers, Lowe's. Where she leads a team of recruiters that handle high-volume and niche recruiting across 9 states.

Amy is skilled in navigating vendor relationships, ensuring diversity of skill, and tackles operational efficiency projects head-on. With over a decade of leading corporate TA teams in the fast-paced, ever changing retail environment, she has set the pace for adaptation and flexibility while managing through uncertainty.
