Alka Bhave is Vice President of Performance Excellence at Perspecta. She is a corporate executive with 23 years of leadership and technical experience across full life cycle Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) and Information Technology (IT) contracts for Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and Civilian Government customers. 

She is a thought leader for transformation, strategy, and improvement initiatives with a proven track record of innovative applications resulting in millions of dollars cost savings and accelerated value delivery for numerous government agencies. 

Alka has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) leader and PMI PMP.
