I have 20 years of customer service, claim, insurance and service experience. I have spent several years in the insurance industry, working my way into leadership roles due to a proven track record of success.
I have lead several dynamic teams in my career. The team I have today is by far the most dynamic and has really allowed our department to become what it is today. When I started with the company, there was not a lot of organization or direction in the department. It was small and there was not a lot of experience on how to build it. With the help of an amazing team, we were able to build a world class customer service and claim department. Both my team and I are very proud to be a part of. My focus is on having a world class team that delivers the best customer service to Dent Wizard/Sonsio's customers. Making sure that you have an amazing team behind you is what allows you to be successful as a group. Letting them know how much you appreciate them and support them is what makes them stay! |
