CX a Strategy for Success, Customer Relationship Building
Abigail Anderson joined the American Red Cross as Executive Director of Central and Northern Missouri in 2018. Under her leadership, the Chapter has shifted from a donor-centered events to a service delivery engagement model. During her time with the Red Cross the Missouri and Arkansas region have embarked on a pilot program maximizing operational efficiency through collaboration and stakeholder engagement, leading the Red Cross nationally in best practices.

Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University, Masters in Public Affairs and Nonprofit Management Certification from University of Missouri, and has since been recognized as a leader in the nonprofit industry from both universities.
